Check your email order confirmation immediatelyIf you’ve made a typo in the print or accidentally selected the wrong design, follow the link in the email confirmation and cancel the order yourself before it goes to print. Then, you can access the order again, make changes, and resubmit it.3. Allow for time buffersWhile we’re fast, we don’t guarantee that your order will be with you tomorrow. Sometimes there are issues with a design, or individual products are out of stock. If your order doesn’t arrive in time for a birthday, wedding anniversary, or colleague’s farewell party, unfortunately, this isn’t grounds for return.
